Any call that requires a visit to a care facility of any type for signature or verification.
Does not apply if client is in a veteran care center or hospital
Added to any visit that requires a visit to a jail or prison.
Added to any service that requires access to a military installation and the client is not a member of the Armed Forces. We do have full access to most installations.
Added to any services requiring access to an airport.
After hours services after 5pm (minimum fee for all after hours calls)
After hours emergency notary services. Charge varies due to time of call, amount of notice, time on call and mileage. This is in addition to mileage and the $10 notary charge. Any call between 12am and 6am should expect $250. This charge is full discretion of the company based on the information listed above. (Minimum is $30)
Added for Unscheduled or last minute requests for marriage certification. This is in addition to the $30 wedding notary certification fee and mileage charge to wedding venue or office. If this is emergent or after hours, emergency notary services or after hours fees may be added as well
If you need someone to be present and serve as a witness. This does not include the travel fees associated with your services. This does not get applied to Absentee Ballot witness

If you need a witness or additional witnesses for a document we will help find one. $25 of this fee goes directly to the witness.

Please make sure you have an appropriate form of ID that is no older than 5 year. If you fail to provide proper ID, you will still be charged for the travel fee. If you have any questions bout what is accepted or if you do not have an ID, please contact us!
